Eekels
Ankerbeer works in close cooperation with specialised maritime companies. For one thing, our firm contracts out the engineering of electro-technical installations to Eekels. This company has now operated in the broad market of electro-technical installations and energy supplies since 1908. With approximately 450 specialists based on three work locations, Eekels currently works on ship installations, industrial installations, application-dependent engine control, as well as process- and production automation.

Ship test stations
In spite of the use of sophisticated computer programs, tests in model-tanks remain indispensable. In these laboratories for marine hydro-mechanics, researchers record the movements of, and the forces exercised on, a model ship. Ankerbeer works in cooperation with ship-test stations such as Marin at Wageningen, DFS Duisburg, HSV Hamburg and the Rumanian Ice Prona.
